1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Horura Campsite ('the Platform'), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Platform Description

Horura Campsite is a marketplace platform connecting campsite owners ('Owners') with customers ('Campers'). We facilitate bookings but are not responsible for the campsites themselves.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to the campsite owner's availability. Confirmed bookings are binding agreements between the Camper and Owner. Horura charges a service fee on each booking.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies vary by campsite. Please review the specific cancellation policy before booking. Horura's service fee may be non-refundable depending on the circumstances.

6. Payment

Payments are processed securely via HitPay. We accept credit cards, debit cards, FPX (online banking), and Touch 'n Go eWallet. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

7. Owner Responsibilities

Campsite owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, maintaining their properties, and ensuring a safe camping environment for guests.
