Points expiry & how cashback works

Cashback points earned on a purchase become spendable 7 days after your order is fulfilled, and expire 12 months after they're earned if unused. You'll get a reminder by email and in-app notification 30 days and again 7 days before any points are about to expire. Unused, expired points are recognized by Horura as breakage revenue — this does not affect any points you've already spent.
